Scope

GB/T 13992-2010 is the English-translated version of 金属粘贴式电阻应变计.

GB/T 13992-2010 is the Chinese national standard on metallic bonded resistance strain gauges, in the field of metrology and measurement. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 1 December 2010 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 May 2011. Classification: ICS 17.100, CCS N11. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

Foreword

This standard is GB/T 13992-1992 "resistance strain gauge" amendments. This standard compared with GB/T 13992-1992, the main changes are as follows: Name

--- revised standards for. metal paste-type resistance strain gauges;

--- The stress analysis and strain gauge sensors are used in the list of technical indicators technical requirements Table 2 and Table 3;

--- Increasing the strain gauge visual inspection;

--- Increasing the calculation formula in the test method;

--- Remove the original standard in Appendix B, Appendix C;

--- In the strain gauge sensor with technical indicators cancel the technical requirements creep at room temperature, increasing the average creep Dispersion value requirement;

--- Increasing the plant should be different from other flags in the flag on the strain gage requirements. The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard specifies the metal paste resistance strain gauge (hereinafter referred to as strain gage) technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules. This standard applies to the wire type and paste-type metal foil resistance strain gauges. Other types of strain gauges can be performed with reference to this standard.
