GB/T 33941.1-2017 is Part 1 of the three-part GB/T 33941 series on the structure stress test method for earth-moving machinery, and it lays down the general principles.

It specifies the terms and definitions of structural stress testing, the test principle, the test instruments and the equipment and facilities, the test conditions, the measuring points and the forms of strain gauge application, the test procedure, the processing of data and the test report.

It defines the structure as the loaded metal part that connects, supports or transmits load between the base machine and the working or attachment device and bears the loads of travel and of operation, and it notes that such parts generally include the main frame, the operator protective structure and the working or attachment equipment; it defines stress and the stress test, in which the stress is calculated from strain measured on the structure while the machine works.

The other two parts cover the loader frame and the working equipment and attachments of loaders, excavators and backhoe loaders. It applies to the structure stress testing of the machine families of earth-moving machinery as defined in GB/T 8498.

GB/T 33941 "Earth-moving machinery structural stress test method" is divided into three parts.

1 Scope

GB/T 33941 provisions of this part of the earthwork machinery structural stress testing terms and definitions, test principles, test equipment and Equipment/facilities, test conditions, test points and patch forms, test procedures, data processing and test reports.

This section applies to GB/T 8498 as defined in the Turkish mechanical machinery family structure stress test.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 8498, GB/T 13992, GB/T 18577.1 and GB/T 18577.2 defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this file.

3.1 Structure of the structure
