4 General Principles and Requirements

5 Design process for resource utilization of waste products

c) Conduct information collection and research, including but not limited to collecting information on the characteristics and difficulties of resource utilization at home and abroad, and conducting on-site investigations and research on existing types of resources. 5.4 Recyclability Assessment
5.4.1 The calculation method for recyclability assessment refers to Chapter 5 of GB/T 30964-2014.The following factors should be considered.
a) Does the residual value of the discarded products meet customer or market demand?
b) Consideration should be given to the recycling of hydraulic components, transmission components, power components, structural components, electronic components, and other parts;
c) Consideration should be given to the recycling of materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, and glass;
d) Whether the cost savings in parts and raw materials and production costs are accounted for.
5.4.2 Output a list of recyclable parts and materials, and a list of parts and materials to be processed and disposed of.
5.4.3 Non-recyclable parts and materials shall be disposed of by incineration, landfill, or other methods in accordance with the provisions of GB 18599.
5.5 Reusability Assessment
5.5.1 The following factors should be considered in the reuse assessment.
a) Whether the reuse of parts from discarded products meets usage and safety requirements;
b) Whether the recycled products are easy to clean and protect.
5.5.2 Output a list of reusable parts and materials.
5.6 Remanufacturability Assessment
5.6.1 Remanufacturability assessment shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 34631 and GB/T 32811, evaluating the remaining life of scrap product parts and their remanufacturing potential. The economic and technical feasibility of remanufacturing waste product parts should be considered. The following factors should be taken into account.
a) The completeness of dismantled parts from discarded products;
b) Cleaning quality requirements for waste product parts;
c) The convenience and accuracy of quality condition testing for disassembled and cleaned waste product parts;
d) The recoverability and economic viability of the morphology and performance of discarded product parts;
e) The ease of assembly and packaging of parts from discarded products.
5.6.2 Output a list of remanufactured parts and materials.
5.7 Reusability Assessment
5.7.1 The following factors should be considered in the reuse assessment.
a) Whether the remaining value of scrapped product parts and materials meets the usage requirements;
b) Whether the reuse of waste product parts is technically feasible in terms of easy cleaning, material removal processing, protection, and assembly;
c) The reuse of waste product parts and materials should take into account existing production capacity to meet reuse and processing needs.
5.7.2 Output a list of reusable parts and materials.
5.8 Resource Utilization Design Scheme
5.8.1 A resource utilization design scheme should be formulated based on the results of
5.2 to 5.7, specifying the following.
a) Clearly define the flow and requirements for the recycling, processing, and disposal of various components of waste products;
b) The remanufacturing category for used product parts should also be clearly specified;
c) Clearly define the processes and equipment required for each stage of the waste product processing flow.
5.8.2 The following technical factors should be considered in the design scheme for resource utilization.
a) Reuse technologies. including but not limited to fault diagnosis, testing, and reuse technologies in electrical modules;
b) Remanufacturing technologies. including but not limited to supersonic flame spraying, grinding and polishing, assembly, and other technologies for piston rods;
c) Reuse technologies. including but not limited to technologies for machining, precision inspection, and assembly of shaft parts;
d) Recycling technologies. including but not limited to technologies for dismantling, recycling, remelting and smelting precious metals in circuit boards.
5.9 Scheme Review
5.9.1 The purpose of reviewing the resource utilization design scheme is to review the scheme based on the resource utilization goals and resource allocation requirements of waste products. The technical measures in the design scheme should be reviewed to ensure that the expected requirements are met. The following requirements should be satisfied.
a) The design scheme meets the purpose, objectives, and benefits of resource utilization;
b) The design scheme meets the basic principles of resource utilization design;
c) The design meets the usage requirements;
d) The design scheme is consistent with the analysis results of the waste products;
e) The design scheme is consistent with the resource utilization assessment results;
f) The technical measures in the design scheme meet the expected requirements.
5.9.2 Based on the review results, the following actions shall be taken.
a) If the design proposal fails the review, the design should be continuously optimized based on the review results until the proposal meets the requirements of all parties;
b) Once the plan is approved, the recycling and processing of waste products should be strictly carried out in accordance with the plan to support customer or market demand. Production.
5.10 Resource Utilization and Treatment The processes involved in the resource utilization and treatment of waste products, including dismantling, testing, repair, and assembly, should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 32801. The provisions of GB/T 32803, GB/T 32804, GB/T 32805, GB/T 32806 and GB/T 35977 shall be implemented to ensure the effective utilization of resources. 6.1 Storage and Management of Design Schemes
