Scope

GB/T 33941.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 土方机械结构件应力测试方法第2部分：轮胎式装载机机架.

GB/T 33941.2-2017 is the second of the three parts of GB/T 33941 on stress testing of earth-moving machinery structures, and covers the frame of wheeled (tyre) loaders.

It fixes the test equipment and the equipment and facilities needed, the test conditions, the test points and the strain gauge patch forms, the test procedure, the processing of the data and the test report.

It applies to the frame stress test of the tyre loaders defined by GB/T 8498.

It defines the frame as the chassis structure that carries the drive system, the working equipment and the cab or canopy and the operator protective structure, and notes that an articulated steering loader has a front and a rear frame while a skid steer loader has a single integral frame.

The test equipment follows clause 5 of GB/T 33941.1-2017 and the test conditions follow clause 6 of the same part. It cites GB/T 6375, GB/T 10175.2-2008, GB/T 21152, GB/T 21154, GB 25604, GB/T 33941.1-2017, JB/T 3688.3-1998 and JB/T 12462-2015. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

GB/T 33941 "Earth-moving machinery structural stress test method" is divided into three parts.

--- Part 1. General;

--- Part 2. Tire loader rack;

--- Part 3. Loaders, excavators and backhoe loader working device.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

1 Scope

GB/T 33941 provisions of this part of the tire loader frame stress testing of test equipment and equipment/facilities, test strips Pieces, test points and patch forms, test procedures, data processing and test reports.

This section applies to GB/T 8498 defined tire loader (hereinafter referred to as loader) rack stress test.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 25604 and GB/T 33941.1 defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Rack frame

Chassis part of the chassis and the host drive system, working equipment and cab or hangar, driver protection structure, etc., for bearing load Dutch frame structure.

Note: The hinged steering loader frame consists of front and rear frames; the skid steer loader frame is an integral frame.

4 Test equipment and equipment/facilities

Should comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T 33941.1-2017.
