5.1.2 Type inspection

Type inspection items include all the test items specified in Section 4.

Type test in the following cases.

A) The production of new products or product type identification;

Occurs b) raw materials, production processes, such large changes that may affect product mass;

C) When the factory test results and the last type inspection results are quite different.

5.2 Batching

In raw materials, production processes the same conditions, the production of a can or kettle every product batch.

5.3 Sampling

Sampling according to GB/T 4756 carried out, the number of required sample size or type test and factory inspection retention samples should meet.

5.4 determine the rules

Type test or factory inspection results comply with the technical requirements of this standard in Chapter 4, then determine whether the product is qualified.

5.5 re-inspection rule

Such as type test or factory inspection results, there does not meet technical requirements of Chapter 4, according to the provisions of GB/T 4756 from the same batch production

Product re-extracted sample to double the project failed re-inspection, re-inspection results as not meet the technical requirements, this batch of product is not

qualified.
