Scope
JB/T 7000-2010 is the English-translated version of 同轴式圆柱齿轮减速器.
JB/T 7000-2010 is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry covering coaxial cylindrical gear reducers in the TZL, TLS, TZLD, TZSD, TZLDF and TZSDF series and their combinations.
It gives their types, dimensions, basic parameters and technical requirements. Reducers of these series are used in metallurgy, mining, energy, building materials and the chemical industry, in horizontal or vertical mounting, with input speeds no greater than 1500 r/min.
The ambient temperature range runs from -40 °C to +40 °C, and below -10 °C the oil is preheated above 0 °C before starting. Classified J19 and 21.120.99, it replaces JB/T 7000-1993 and quotes GB/T 1356, GB/T 10095.1 and JB/T 9050.3, among others.
