Foreword

SN/T 0327 is divided into two parts.

---SN/T 0327.1. Inspection procedures for import and export roasted peanuts;

---SN/T 0327.2. Inspection procedures for imported and fried peanuts.

This part is the second part of SN/T 0327.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces SN/T 0327.2-1994 "Exported Fried Peanut Kernel Inspection Regulations". Compared with SN/T 0327.2-1994, except the main technical changes outside the series are as follows.

--- Revised the standard name to increase the scope of application to the import and export of fried peanuts;

--- Removed the classification of fried peanuts;

--- Modified some terms and definitions;

--- Increased technical requirements;

--- Increased heavy metal inspection;

--- Increased microbiological testing;

--- Increased testing of tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ);

--- Revised the standard of peroxide value, aflatoxin and pesticide residue test methods;

--- Increased the judgment of the test results;

--- Increased the requirements for re-inspection;

--- Increased the validity of the test.

This part is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China.

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 0327 stipulates the sampling method, inspection rules, result determination, inspection validity period and deposit of imported and fried peanuts.

Check the storage of samples.

This section applies to the inspection of imported and fried peanuts.
