Scope
NB/T 47012-2020 is the English-translated version of 制冷装置用压力容器.
NB/T 47012-2020 is the Chinese energy industry standard for the pressure vessels of refrigerant devices.
It sets the requirements for the design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of vessels, shell-and-tube heat exchangers among them, that use a liquefied gas as refrigerant and work at a design pressure of no more than 5.0 MPa and a design temperature of no more than 200 °C, the working cycle being a vapour compression refrigeration cycle, a heat pump or a similar cycle.
Vessels with an inner diameter below 150 mm or a volume below 0.03 m^3, cooling pipes and plate heat exchangers, and the generators of direct-fired absorption refrigeration devices are excluded.
It quotes the GB/T 150 series, GB/T 151 and GB/T 9439-2010, and replaces NB/T 47012-2010. Issued on 23 October 2020, it has applied since 1 February 2021.
