Scope

GB/T 36882-2018 is the English-translated version of 船用水源热泵空调机组.

GB/T 36882-2018 covers water-source heat pump air conditioning units for ships, which cool or heat air through a vapour compression refrigeration cycle using seawater, or fresh water from a marine central cooling system, as the cold or heat source.

It sets out the types and basic parameters of the units, integral or split and grouped by air supply, and the requirements for appearance and weight, materials, design and structure, performance, environmental adaptability and power adaptability.

Test methods include refrigeration system sealing and vacuum tests, water-side tightness, insulation resistance, withstand voltage, grounding resistance, nominal, maximum-load, low-temperature and condensation condition tests, noise and water pressure loss.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, requirements, test methods and inspections of ship water source heat pump air conditioning units (hereinafter referred to as air conditioning units). Rules, signs, packaging, storage and transportation.

This standard applies to ships and offshore platforms using seawater or marine central cooling water system fresh water as a cold (heat) source, using vapor compression Refrigeration cycle design, manufacture and acceptance of air conditioning units that cool or heat the air. Heat pump air conditioner installed on offshore platform Group can be used for reference.
