Scope

NB/T 11521-2024 is the English-translated version of 矿用巡检仪监控系统通用技术条件.

NB/T 11521-2024 lays down the general technical conditions for monitoring systems that manage patrol inspection instruments in coal mines.

Such a system handles the methane, carbon monoxide, smoke, oxygen, temperature, audio and video data gathered by the inspection instrument, controls the instrument automatically, remotely or manually, plans inspection routes and analyses the data.

The standard classifies systems by network structure (star, tree or bus) and by working method, then sets technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, with electromagnetic immunity and explosion protection among them.

It applies to the design and inspection of the monitoring system, not to the patrol inspection instruments themselves. Issued on 24 May 2024, it has applied since 24 November 2024.
