JB/T 8120.1-2011 is the English-translated version of 压燃式发动机 高压油管用钢管 第1部分：单壁冷拉无缝钢管技术条件.
JB/T 8120.1-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the steel tubes used for the high-pressure fuel injection pipes of compression ignition engines, and it is the part that deals with seamless cold-drawn single-wall tubes. It gives the dimensions and tolerances, the material technology, the testing, the methods of marking and identification, and the labelling and packaging, for the high-pressure pipes of the engine, called type 2 tubes, and for high-pressure pump testing, called type 1 tubes. Its field is diesel, that is compression ignition, engines. The standard is an identical adoption of ISO 8535-1:2006, quotes ISO 404, ISO 6507-1, ISO 6892 and ISO 12345, and replaces JB/T 8120.1-2000.
