Foreword

GB/T 10826 "fuel injection means vocabulary" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. injection pump;

--- Part 2. injector;

--- Part 3. pump nozzle;

--- Part 4. high-pressure tubing and pipe end fittings;

--- Part 5. Common rail fuel injection device.

This section is GB/T Part of 410,826.

This part identical with ISO 7876-4:2004 "fuel injection means Vocabulary - Part 4. High pressure tubing and pipe end connections" (English Chinese Version).

This section is equivalent translation ISO 7876-4:2004. For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

--- This part of ISO 7876-4:2004 and other international standards adopted, where the country has been adopted as a standard by our standards on behalf of the for relevant international standards; our country has not been adopted as a standard, still direct use of international standards;

--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this section";

--- Deleted international standards Preamble.

This portion instead of GB/T 10826-1989 connector portion related to high-pressure pipeline and pipe end to "Diesel Fuel System terms" in Points, compared with the GB/T 10826-1989, the main changes are as follows.

--- This section is amended as series of standards;

--- On the part of the technical contents of the original high-pressure tubing and pipe end connection with significant amendments.

GB/T 10826.1-2007, GB/T 10826.2-2008, GB/T 10826.3-2008 and GB/T 10826.4-2008 a Since instead of GB/T 10826-1989 of the entire contents.

This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee jet fuel centralized system.

1 Scope

GB/T 10826 provisions of this part of the vocabulary diesel (compression-ignition engines) fuel injection system high pressure tubing and pipe end connector.

These high-pressure tubing and pipe end connectors are widely used in the world's fuel injection system, the need for accurate terminology.

NOTE. When the term is used in the list "fuel" the word, as long as not to cause misunderstanding, and can not be omitted.

3 Terms and Definitions

In line with JB/T 8120.1 or JB/T 8120.2 provides that a certain cut length of the pipe.

At both ends of each pipe with a pipe connector nut (5.4), and each end of the tube are made with red cone stem (5.2) equipped with a molded end Head of high-pressure tubing (3.1).
