HG/T 4567-2013 is a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry covering elastic intermediate coatings used in building painting systems. It classifies these products and lays down their requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage. The coatings it addresses are made from synthetic resin emulsions together with pigments and extender pigments. A wide set of paint and building test standards is cited with it, among them GB/T 528-2009, GB/T 1733-1993, GB/T 9265-2009, GB/T 9271-2008, GB/T 17671 and JC/T 412.1-2006. The Chinese classification is G51 and the international one 87.040. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
