HG/T 3530-2012 is the English-translated version of 工业循环冷却水污垢和腐蚀产物试样的采取和制备.
HG/T 3530-2012 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard that sets out how samples of sludge and corrosion products are taken from industrial circulating cooling water and how those samples are then prepared. It is written for the sampling carried out when a works opens its circulating cooling water system for overhaul. The preparation stage turns the material collected into a sample fit for the analytical methods of the series. GB/T 603 and GB/T 6682 are the two standards it quotes. It replaces HG/T 3530-2003. Issued on 7 November 2012, it has applied since 1 March 2013.
