Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 3 of GB/T 9089 "Electrical Facilities under Severe Outdoor Conditions". GB/T 9089 has issued the following part.
---Part 1. Terminology;
---Part 2. General protection requirements;
---Part 3. General requirements for equipment and accessories;
---Part 4. Device requirements;
---Part 5. Operational requirements.
This document replaces GB/T 9089.3-2008 "Electrical installations under severe outdoor conditions - Part 3: General requirements for equipment and accessories" "Requirements", compared with GB/T 9089.3-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Fire protection is deleted (see 5.4 of the 2008 version);
b) Changed the cooling medium leakage (see 6.4; 5.5 of the 2008 edition);
c) Added safety considerations for transformers (see 6.5);
d) Changed the overvoltage limit of the converter (see 7.1; 6.1 of the 2008 edition);
e) Added fault current protection of the converter (see 7.2);
f) Changed the allowable bending radius of cables (see 9.15; 2008 version of 8.15);
g) The rated parameters of cable reels and their coiled cables are deleted (see 10.1 of the 2008 edition);
h) Added structural requirements for cables (see 11.2);
i) Increased temperature rise of cable reel (see 11.3);
j) Added the fixation of flexible cables (see 11.5);
k) The diameter of the cable coiled on the cable reel is increased (see 11.6);
Introduction
GB/T 9089 "Electrical Facilities under Severe Outdoor Conditions" is to determine the Fields and similar places), which generally include the following electrical equipment and systems.
a) Mining/stacking and primary processing machinery;
b) Secondary processing machinery;
c) Conveyor system;
d) Drainage and water supply systems;
e) Movable railway systems;
f) Fixed railway system (operation only);
g) Electric trucks;
h) Power generation and distribution equipment;
i) Control, monitoring, signaling and communication systems; j) Auxiliary equipment.
GB/T 9089 aims to provide guidelines for the operation and installation of electrical equipment and systems under harsh outdoor conditions to ensure that people, livestock and equipment ensure the safety of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. GB/T 9089 is planned to consist of five parts.
---Part 1. Terminology. The purpose is to give the terms and definitions used in GB/T 9089 electrical installations under severe outdoor conditions.
---Part 2. General protection requirements. The purpose is to provide the normal operation and failure conditions of electrical facilities under harsh outdoor conditions.
Below, the requirements for ensuring personal protection against electric shock and the requirements for selecting protective devices and systems.
---Part 3. General requirements for equipment and accessories. The purpose is to provide detailed information on electrical components, rotating motors, and transformers under harsh outdoor conditions. converters, semiconductor converters, switching appliances, cables and related components, braking circuits, safety circuits, fire protection systems, etc. Require.
---Part 4. Device requirements. The purpose is to give requirements for mining/stacking and primary processing machinery and conveyor systems.
---Part 5. Operational requirements. The purpose is to give normal operating procedures to be performed to ensure personal safety.
