Recognition.

The technical differences between this document and ISO /IEC 2382-37.2017 and the reasons are as follows.

a) The terms "reference update" (3.3.42) and "renewable biometric reference" (3.3.43) have been added to match the term "reference aging";

b) Modified the terms "false acceptance rate" (3.9.9) and "false rejection rate" (3.9.11) as the priority terms of their respective

Industry usage matching;

c) Deleted the term "mode" (3.2.5) "abandoned. biometric (noun)", this term has no relevance to the mode in the Chinese context;

d) The terms "1:1 comparison" (3.5.10), "1:N comparison" (3.5.11), and "1:N search" (3.5.12) have been added as priority terms.

The term "reference biometric item set" (3.3.22) has been adjusted as an allowable term, which matches the actual industry usage;

e) Adjusted the priority terms and permitted terms of the term "filtered/banned" (3.5.14) to match the actual industry usage;

f) Increase the Chinese index to facilitate the query of Chinese terms.
