format and compliance test methods.
There is currently no regulation for full-body images for cross-border or law enforcement biometrics.
The guidance on the use of video surveillance equipment provides specific regulations on how to collect and use full-body image data in biometric recognition scenarios, including in order to ensure the validity and consistency of full-body image data in cross-border interoperability, We need a dedicated and scalable biometric data exchange format. Standardization of full-body image data is also very important.
Help ensure that images used in databases for identification and verification (including those generated by video surveillance and other similar systems) meet the necessary quality standards and thus meet the requirements of this document.
Figure 1 shows the various components of a full-body image biometric recognition system.

In the absence of international standards that would enable cross-border interoperability, border guards, immigration officers and police use local practices.
Therefore, this document is useful in disaster victim identification and law enforcement scenarios (e.g., victim identification, nameless persons, etc.) in the case of dead bodies and missing persons, describe the full body biometrics and their related non-biometric information.
