GB/T 44546-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the modular indoor ceiling assembled from panels, frames and built-in electrical units — the design principles, the materials and accessories, the appliances mounted in the grid, the appearance and dimensions, the assembly quality, the load-bearing performance that has to hold the panels and the appliances hung in them, the electrical safety, and the acoustic performance measured with the panels in place. First edition, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In force from 1 April 2025. Issued on 29 September 2024, it has been in force since 1 April 2025.
