Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document is the first part of GB/T 42150 "Testing Specifications for In-situ Relay Protection Devices". GB/T 42150 has been issued with Lower part.

Introduction

With the improvement of relay protection requirements and technological progress, in-situ relay protection devices installed without protection have emerged as the times require, becoming a new One of the development directions of the first generation relay protection. In order to cooperate with the application of on-site relay protection devices, it is urgent to formulate corresponding testing standards and regulations.

Standardize the testing items, testing methods, etc., guide the design, manufacture, operation and maintenance and commissioning of substation devices, and effectively ensure the safety and stability of key power grid projects run.

GB/T 42150 "Testing Specifications for In-situ Relay Protection Devices" is proposed to be composed of seven parts.

--- Part 1: General part. The purpose is to standardize the general inspection items, inspection contents, and testing methods of on-site relay protection devices. Judgment of law and test results.

1 Scope

This document specifies the general inspection items, inspection content, Test methods and judgment of test results.

This document is applicable to the type test of in-situ relay protection devices (hereinafter referred to as "device") with a voltage level of 110kV and below.

The factory joint commissioning and on-site commissioning of in-situ relay protection devices shall be implemented as a reference.
