Scope
GB/T 40752-2021 is the English-translated version of 沃柑产业扶贫项目运营管理规范.
GB/T 40752-2021 sets out how poverty alleviation projects built on the Orah mandarin industry are to be run and managed.
It defines the assisted targets and the organisations or individuals that implement the assistance, and lays down the project conditions, project operation and project management requirements, together with grade specifications for Orah mandarins.
The natural conditions call for planting areas with good ecological conditions away from pollution sources, an annual average temperature above 17.5 °C and an absolute minimum not below -3 °C, loose fertile soil with organic matter above 1.0 %, and roads, water and ecological systems laid out according to GB/Z 26580.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, project conditions, project operation, and project management requirements of the Wokan Industry Poverty Alleviation Project, and provides Mandarin grade specifications.
This document is applicable to the operation and management of the poverty alleviation project of Wokan Industry.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Help target
Low-income groups with working ability and strong desire to get rich or poor households and families in need that are below the poverty alleviation standard.
3.2 Help implementation of the main body
Organizations or individuals that have obtained national or local and other poverty alleviation funds to drive poverty alleviation targets through agricultural production to implement production and operation.
Note: The main body of assistance can be leading enterprises, cooperatives, industry organizations (associations), family farms, etc.
4 Project conditions
4.1 Natural conditions
4.1.1 For the planting of citrus oranges, choose agricultural planting areas with good ecological conditions, far away from pollution sources, and sustainable production capacity.
4.1.2 It is advisable to choose the annual accumulated temperature with annual average temperature above 17.5°C and absolute minimum temperature >=-3°C, >=10°C for fertile tangerine planting The climate is above 5600°C; the soil texture is good, loose and fertile, the organic matter content should be above 1.0%, the soil layer should be deep, and the active soil layer should be in Areas above 60cm and rich in water resources.
4.1.3 According to the base scale, topography and landform conditions, set up reasonable roads, water conservancy, and ecological systems, and orchard reclamation conforms to GB/Z 26580 Requirements.
4.2 Facilities and equipment conditions
4.2.1 The management, protection and harvesting agricultural machinery and tools that meet the requirements of the Wokan operation, including but not limited to weeders, sprayers, trimmers, loading containers, etc.
