Scope
GB/T 39083-2020 is the English-translated version of 快递服务支付信息交换规范.
GB/T 39083-2020 specifies the payment information exchange requirements, the information exchange business processes, the communication interface, the message specification and the security technical requirements between express service organizations on one side and commercial banks, payment institutions and bank card clearing institutions on the other, which it groups under the name payment service institutions.
Clause 1 states that it applies to the information exchange carried out between express delivery organizations and payment service organizations in order to complete payment collection and payment services; no exclusion is written.
The contents list gives clause 5 on the information exchange requirements, clause 6 on the information exchange business process, clause 7 on the communication interface, clause 8 on the message specification and clause 9 on the safety technical requirements, with clause 4 holding the acronyms.

1 Scope
This standard specifies between express service organizations and commercial banks, payment institutions, bank card clearing institutions (hereinafter collectively referred to as payment service institutions)

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 10757-2011, GB/T 12905-2019, GB/T 27917.1-2011 and the following terms and definitions apply In this document.
3.1 Courier service (express service; courier service)

3.2 Express service organization
Enterprises registered within the territory of China that provide express services and their franchisees and agencies.

3.3 Payment information
Account information recorded on bank cards, account information involved in online payment business, identity authentication information, personal letter involved in payment business Interest and other payment related information.
3.4 Express number (tracking number of express item)
