3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Powersystem

It consists of power generation, power supply (transmission, transformation, distribution), electrical equipment, and relay protection and safety automatic equipment required to ensure its normal operation.

A unified whole constituted by secondary equipment such as deployment, dispatch automation, and power communications.

3.2 New energy station

All equipment below the grid connection point of wind farms or solar power stations that are integrated into the power system.

Note. Including transformers, bus bars, lines, converters, wind turbines, solar power generation systems, energy storage and auxiliary equipment, etc.

3.3 Load reserve capacity loadreserve

The reserve capacity of the system that is connected to the bus and can be loaded immediately to balance the power fluctuation and prediction caused by the instantaneous load or new energy

The deviation between.

3.4 Accident reserve capacity

The power capacity that can be used within a specified time after an accident occurs in the power system.

3.5 Maintenance reserve

In order to ensure that the power generation equipment in the system is regularly overhauled without affecting the power supply, according to the system's hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power coordination and annual load

Set as the reserve capacity for regular maintenance of power generation equipment under changes and other circumstances.
