Scope
GB/T 37151-2018 is the English-translated version of 基于地形图标准分幅的遥感影像产品规范.
GB/T 37151-2018 specifies how remote sensing image products are prepared on the standard sheet division and numbering of the national topographic maps.
It defines what such a product consists of, namely the image map and its metadata, with the file formats, the naming rules and the product specifications for coordinate system, projection, sheet division and numbering.
Its technical requirements cover image coverage, image quality, ground resolution, plane position accuracy, metadata, positioning information, colour and finishing, followed by product inspection.
The annexes give the metadata content and filling rules and the abbreviations for the main Earth observation satellites and their sensors. It applies to producing such products at the national map scales from 1:5 000 to 1:1 000 000. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 28 December 2018.

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and abbreviations, product components and documents of remote sensing image products based on topographic map standard framing. Format, naming rules, product specifications, technical requirements, product inspections, etc.
This standard applies to 1.5000, 1.10000, 1.25000, 1.50000, 1.100000, 1.250000, 1.500000, Development and production of remote sensing image products with standard framing of 1.1 topographic maps.
