Scope

GB/T 45522-2025 is the English-translated version of 无人机遥感测绘注册规范.

GB/T 45522-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the register that records which drone flew what — the resource entry for each aircraft with its unique product identification code, flight platform, flight control and telemetry systems, the mission entry for each remote sensing survey, the flight plan entry filed before the aircraft leaves the ground, and the fields each one must carry, so that a fleet scattered across owners can still be found and tasked from one place. It covers civil aircraft up to 116 kg empty mass and 150 kg take-off weight. First edition, under the Ministry of Natural Resources. In force from 1 August 2025. Issued on 25 April 2025, it has been in force since 1 August 2025.

Introduction

China's civil UAV remote sensing system is widely used in aerial photogrammetry, resource and environmental monitoring, infrastructure inspection, disaster emergency response, law enforcement and other remote sensing It has been widely used in mapping activities, and the amount of data obtained has increased exponentially year by year.

There are many, scattered equipment, diverse performance, complex technical parameters, and a lack of relevant technical parameters, affiliated units and other attribute information of UAV remote sensing systems.

The collection, integration and management of UAV remote sensing system resources make it difficult to achieve information sharing, rapid scheduling and reasonable allocation of UAV remote sensing system resources.

This document specifies the requirements for remote sensing systems of civil unmanned aerial vehicles (empty mass less than or equal to 116kg, takeoff weight less than or equal to 150kg).

Resource registration rules, remote sensing mapping mission registration rules and flight plan registration rules to support the construction of China's UAV remote sensing system resource library The system is established to realize the information collection and dispatch of UAV remote sensing system resources; standardize the registration of missions and flight plans for UAV remote sensing activities;

This information lays the foundation for the flight management of China's civil UAV remote sensing system and has a positive impact on the implementation of the "Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles". Driving effect.
