Scope

GB/T 45631-2025 is the English-translated version of 无人机遥感测绘飞行管理信息要求.

GB/T 45631-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what a surveying drone has to report to the national air traffic supervision platform — the regulatory identification items including the unique product code, the flight status items of position, altitude, speed and heading, the reference frames of Beijing time and WGS84 that keep one operator's track comparable with another's, the transmission method and protocol, the reporting interval and the permitted delay, and the resumption after a link drops. It covers remote sensing systems up to 150 kg take-off mass. First edition, under the Ministry of Natural Resources. In force from 1 August 2025. Issued on 25 April 2025, it has been in force since 1 August 2025.

UAV remote sensing and mapping flight management information requirements

1 Scope

This document specifies the content and transmission requirements for UAV remote sensing mapping flight management information.

This document applies to the flight status supervision of UAV remote sensing systems.

2 Normative references

GB/T 41300

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 unmanned aircraft system; UAS

The unmanned aircraft shall be the main part, equipped with the relevant remote control station, the required command and control links and any other parts specified in the design.

A group of devices that can complete a specific task.

3.2 UAS remote sensing system

An unmanned aerial vehicle system equipped with remote sensing sensors and engaged in aerial remote sensing activities.

Note. The UAV remote sensing system referred to in this document has an empty mass less than or equal to 116 kg and a take-off weight less than or equal to 150 kg.

3.3 UAS flying data

The longitude, latitude, altitude, speed, direction and other relevant information of the UAV system flight.

4 Flight management information content

When using UAV remote sensing systems to perform UAV remote sensing mapping tasks, the UAV remote sensing system should be reported to the national air traffic management leadership organization for coordinated construction.

The integrated supervision service platform for manned aircraft transmits flight management information in real time.

Flight management information includes regulatory identification information and flight status information, see Table 1 for details.

The time is Beijing time, the longitude and latitude are in WGS84 coordinate system, and the altitude is satellite-based altitude.
