Scope
GB/T 37134-2018 is the English-translated version of 并网发电厂辅助服务导则.
GB/T 37134-2018 is a guide to the ancillary services that grid-connected power plants provide to the power system. It sets the basic technical requirements and principles for how these services are provided, called by the dispatcher, measured, assessed and compensated, and how they are settled and how the related information is disclosed.
It distinguishes basic services from paid ones and its annexes cover primary frequency regulation indicators, reactive power regulation time, the peak load contribution rate of generating units and AVC and AGC performance indicators.
It applies to grid-connected plants, including captive plants, and to dispatching agencies at provincial level and above, while lower-level agencies may refer to it; it does not apply to the electricity spot market or the ancillary service market. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic technical requirements and foundations for the provision, call, measurement, assessment and compensation of auxiliary services for grid-connected power plants. This principle.
This standard is applicable to grid-connected power plants (including self-supplied power plants) participating in power grid operation, and provincial and above power dispatching agencies.
The power dispatching agencies below the provincial level can refer to the implementation.
This standard does not apply to the electricity spot market and the power auxiliary service market.
