Scope

GB/T 37106-2018 is the English-translated version of 托盘单元化物流系统托盘设计准则.

GB/T 37106-2018 gives the design criteria for the pallets that circulate in palletized unit load logistics systems: flat pallets, box pallets, post pallets and slip sheets.

For each type it sets out the classification, sizes, rated load, performance requirements, test conditions, number of test samples and test methods, drawing on the pallet, packaging and transport package test standards it cites.

A final clause gives the basic requirements for RFID tags and bar code symbols on pallets and for matching the two. It applies to the design and production of pallets with a plan size of 1200 mm x 1000 mm, and pallets of other sizes may be designed with it as a reference. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the design criteria for flat pallets, box pallets, column pallets and skateboard pallets circulating in palletized unit logistics systems and the basic requirements for radio frequency identification (RFID) and bar code symbols.

This standard applies to the design and production of pallets with a plane size of 1200 mm x 1000 mm in the pallet unitized logistics system. The design and production of other flat-size pallets can use it as reference.
