Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20077-2006 "Disposable Pallets". Compared with GB/T 20077-2006, except for structural adjustments and editorial In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Added the terms and definitions of "disposable pallet", "rated load" and "test load" (see 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3);

— Deleted the requirements for structure and rated load (see 3.1 and 3.3 of the 2006 edition);

— Deleted the material requirements and added the classification of pallets (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition);

— Changed the material and anti-slip requirements (see 5.1, 5.4, 5.1 of the 2006 edition), changed the size and tolerance requirements (see 5.3, 3.2 of the 2006 edition);

— Added the performance requirements for the fork lift test and stacking test (see Table 1), changed the maximum allowable deformation of the corner drop test (see Table 1 (2006 edition), the performance requirements for the roof deck bending test (see Table 1 of the 2006 edition) have been deleted;

— Deleted the pretreatment conditions column in Table 1 (see Table 1 of the 2006 edition);

— Changed the content of sample pretreatment (see 6.1, 2006 edition 6.1), plastic and composite pallets, paper-based pallets pretreatment Temperature and humidity conditions (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2006 edition);

— Added test methods for materials, dimensions and tolerances, and anti-slip (see 6.2, 6.4, 6.5);

— Changed the test load applied in the pressure test (see 6.6.1.4, 6.3.1.4 of the 2006 edition);

— Added the methods and schematic diagrams of fork lifting test and stacking test (see 6.7, 6.8);

— Deleted the method and schematic diagram of the roof deck bending test (see 6.4 and Figure 2 of the 2006 edition);

— Added the accuracy requirements of measuring tools for corner drop test (see 6.9.1);

— Added inspection rules (see Chapter 7);

— Changed the requirements for marking, transportation and storage (see 8.1, 8.3, 8.4, Chapter 7 of the 2006 edition);

— Added packaging requirements (see 8.2).

1 Scope

This document provides the classification of disposable pallets, specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and describes the corresponding test Test method.

This document applies to the design, production, testing, use and management of disposable pallets.

Disposable pallets (hereinafter referred to as pallets) can be divided into wooden pallets, paper-based pallets, plastic pallets and composite material pallets according to their materials.
