Scope
GB/T 36117-2018 is the English-translated version of 村镇光伏发电站集群接入电网规划设计导则.
GB/T 36117-2018 is a guide to planning and designing the connection to the power grid of rural photovoltaic power station clusters, groups of village PV stations close to each other that feed the same 35 kV or 110 (66) kV substation through distribution lines.
It gives the basic principles, linking cluster planning with local poverty alleviation, energy, land use and distribution network plans, then the analysis of the access system and the planning of the access system.
It applies to grid-connected PV station clusters at a rated voltage of 10 kV and below, and refers to the power quality standards on voltage deviation, flicker, harmonics and unbalance, and to the rules for connecting PV systems to the distribution network. The standard was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Village photovoltaic power station cluster
Geographical proximity, and through the distribution line to a plurality of villages and towns of the same 35kV or 110 (66) kV substation photovoltaic power generation Station collection.
4 Basic regulations
4.1 The planning of PV power station clusters in villages and towns shall be based on local poverty alleviation plans, and national economic development plans and energy development plans at all levels. Renewable energy development planning, overall land use planning, environmental protection and local distribution network planning are coordinated.
4.2 The planning of photovoltaic power plant clusters in villages and towns should follow the principle of giving priority to social benefits, giving priority to satisfying the overall benefits of photovoltaic power stations in villages and towns, and Compare multiple projects.
4.3 The planning and design of photovoltaic power station clusters in villages and towns should proceed from the overall situation and take overall consideration, in accordance with the planning and construction scale, project characteristics, and development plans. Reasonably determine the access plan with the conditions of the distribution network.
