Scope
GB/T 36116-2018 is the English-translated version of 村镇光伏发电站集群控制系统功能要求.
GB/T 36116-2018 sets the functional requirements for the systems that control clusters of rural photovoltaic power stations: village PV plants of no more than 500 kW each, linked by distribution lines to the same 35 kV or 110 (66) kV substation.
It lays down basic provisions and the system architecture, made up of monitoring terminals at the plants, a cluster monitoring master station and the communication system.
It then specifies the functions of the master station and the plant terminals and the communication requirements, with references to the DL/T 634.5-101 and DL/T 634.5-104 telecontrol protocols.
Annexes give the cluster control architecture, function configuration tables and performance requirements for the master station. It applies to poverty-alleviation PV stations in grids of 10 kV and below, was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the cluster control system architecture, function configuration, and communication of photovoltaic power stations in villages and towns.
This standard is applicable to the cluster control system of PV power-saving poverty alleviation power stations in power grids with voltage ratings of 10 kV and below.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Village photovoltaic power station
Photovoltaic power stations with a capacity of no more than 500kW built in rural areas.
3.2 Photovoltaic grid-connected inverter
The electrical equipment that converts the DC power generated by solar cells into AC power and feeds it into the power grid.
3.3 Point of internet connection
For photovoltaic power stations with boost stations, the bus or nodes on the high-pressure side of the booster station; for photovoltaic power stations without a boost station, photovoltaic generation Power station output summary point.
3.4 Village photovoltaic power station cluster
Adjoining geographically, and assembled via power distribution lines to multiple photovoltaic power stations at the same 35kV or 110(66)kV substation set.
3.5 Photovoltaic power station cluster control
With the principle of close electrical distance and centralized management and control, the integration and centralized control of multiple PV power plants can be realized.
4 Basic regulations
4.1 The photovoltaic power plant cluster control system in villages and towns should be monitored by photovoltaic power station, town photovoltaic power station cluster monitoring master station and communication system.
