Scope

GB/T 35014-2018 is the English-translated version of 建筑施工机械与设备预应力用自动压浆机.

GB/T 35014-2018 covers automatic pressure grouting machines used to grout the ducts of prestressed structures.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the automatic pre-stressing press (hereinafter referred to as "pulverizer"), main parameters and models, technical requirements, Test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to automatic grouting machines used in prestressed engineering.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Prestressing

In order to improve structural service performance, pre-applied compressive stress is applied to the structure during construction.

Note: Pre-stressing stress during structural service can completely or partially offset the tensile stress caused by the load and avoid structural damage. Commonly used in concrete structures.

3.2 Pre-stress automatic grinder

It consists of pulping and slurry storage system, grouting system and automatic control system. It has automatic control of slurry water-to-binder ratio, automatic mixing of slurry, automatic Controls the pressure and pressure holding, automatically completes the entire grouting process, including pre-stressed channel grouting for data transfer and pipe metering equipment.
