GB/T 30134-2025Specification for cold store management (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 30134-2013 "Cold Storage Management Specification". Compared with GB/T 30134-2013, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the changes in performance, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Deleted the following. Cold storage production and operation enterprises should establish a quality management system, food hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), food Safety management system, occupational health and safety management system, environmental management system and inventory information system (see 4.4 of the 2013 edition);

b) Added requirements for entrusted storage qualifications and information management (see 4.4, 4.15, 4.16);

c) Changed the disinfection requirements for warehouses and cold storage rooms (see 4.11, 4.12 of the 2013 edition);

d) The speed limit requirements for motor vehicles in the factory area have been changed (see 4.12, 4.13.4 of the 2013 edition);

e) Added hot work requirements (see 4.14);

f) Added detection methods for ambient temperature and food temperature (see 4.17);

g) Modified some specific requirements for refrigeration system operation and management (see 5.1.1, 5.1.9, 5.1.10, 5.1.11, 5.1.12, 5.1.19, 5.1.22, 5.1.1, 5.1.8, 5.1.9, 5.1.10, 5.1.11, 5.1.18, 5.1.21 of the 2013 edition);

h) Added safety management requirements for ammonia refrigeration systems and handling of equipment frost problems (see 5.1.2 and 5.1.13);

i) The content on periodic inspection of safety valves has been deleted (see 5.1.16.5 of the 2013 edition);

j) The cooling water temperature requirements for water-cooled condensers have been changed (see 5.2.3, 5.2.3 of the 2013 edition);

k) Added antifreeze requirements for water supply and drainage (see 5.2.4);

l) Changed the retention period of electrical operation duty records (see 5.3.3, 5.3.3 of the 2013 edition);

m) Modified some contents of warehouse management (see 5.4.3, 5.4.4, 5.4.6, 5.4.18, 5.4.4, 5.4.5, 5.4.6, 5.4.17);

n) Added requirements for the management of refrigerated doors, cleanliness and sanitation of warehouses, and management of refrigeration equipment in warehouses (see 5.4.19 and 5.4.20);

o) Food storage management (see Chapter 6 of the 2013 edition) has been deleted;

p) Changed the refrigerant concentration detection and video acquisition requirements (see 6.3, 6.4, 7.2, 7.3 of the 2013 edition);

q) Added management of public health emergencies (see 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, and 8.6).
