GB/T 29196-2012 is the Chinese standard "Technical specification for stand-alone photovoltaic systems". Its scope clause reads: This standard specifies the requirements for stand-alone PV systems, subsystems specifications and requirements, on-site testing and evaluation system.
This standard applies to not less than 1kW power independent of terrestrial photovoltaic system. CPV systems, other complementary independent power supply system Associated with the photovoltaic portion may refer to this standard.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for stand-alone PV systems, subsystems specifications and requirements, on-site testing and evaluation system.
