Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26794-2011 "Counters for Diaphragm Gas Meters". Compared with GB/T 26794-2011, except for structural adjustments In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Changed the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1);

---Changed, added and deleted some terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2011 edition);

---Added counter classification (see Chapter 4);

---Deleted the original counter box, nameplate, etc. in the design and structure (see Chapter 4 of the 2011 edition), and added an electronic counter The structure of (see Chapter 5);

---Added general requirements for mechanical counters and electronic counters (see 6.1);

---The counter nameplate requirements have been deleted from the technical requirements for mechanical counters (see 5.5 of the 2011 edition);

---Changed the axial movement clearance of the mechanical counter digital wheel (see 6.2.3.5, 5.6.6 of the 2011 edition);

1 Scope

This document specifies the counters (hereinafter referred to as counters) for gas meters such as diaphragm gas meters, ultrasonic gas meters, and thermal mass gas meters.

Classification, design and structure, technical requirements, inspection rules and packaging, transportation and storage requirements, describe the corresponding test methods.

This document applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of counters with a maximum flow rate not exceeding 160m³/h.
