GB/T 30789.3-2014 — GB/T 30789 in this section gives a comparative assessment with the standard picture Rusty level approach. This section gives a standard image shows the comprehensive destruction of painted steel surface penetrating coating of rust and observed under a coating of corrosion grade.
Note 1. The standard image is selected in the "European rust hierarchy", the European Union paints, inks and artists' colors Manufacturers Association Publishing (CEPE), author Brussels.
GB/T 30789.3 Rusty Rusty European hierarchy and the hierarchy comparison, see Appendix B, Table B.1. Note 2. GB T 30789.3 relatively Attachment/rust rating system and test method standards assessment ASTMD610 painted steel surface rust rating system Record B, Table B.2.
Note 3. Evaluation of uncoated steel surfaces before application of paints based rust steel surface cleanliness - Visual assessment - Part 1. uncoated Steel surface and the overall removal of previous coatings after the steel surface rust grades and preparation grades (rust grades A, B, C and D).
ISO 4628-1 defines the number and size of defects on the coating due to aging and the changes in the appearance of uniformity assessment systems, and almost General said the assessment system.
The assessment system is suitable for natural and artificial accelerated aging caused by exposure defects and uniform changes such as color change of, for example. yellowing.

4 Evaluation
1 to 5 according to FIG rust coating was rated level Ri. Table 1 shows the different rust grades Ri corresponding rust area.
If desired, the assessment can not be observed visually rust under the coating method of rating, agreed by the relevant parties.
If the area to be assessed in different parts of the rust grade is inconsistent, it should describe each site appeared rusty levels.
