1 Scope

This standard specifies the path for the basic concepts of waterway cargo transport infrastructure data elements, categories grouping and representation, and gives a detailed Data Element Directory.

This standard applies to road and waterway transport of goods related management information systems, electronic data interchange, electronic commerce and logistics public information Platform design and development applications.
