Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted. This document replaces GB/T 26429-2010 "Equipment Engineering Supervision Specification". Compared with GB/T 26429-2010, except for structural adjustment and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added "Activity", "Process", "Risk", "Quality Control", "Progress Control", "Contract Management", "Project Management" and "Project Management Plan" Terms and definitions of "equipment supervision", "supervision details", "supervision notice", "supervision contact sheet", "supervision control point", "inspection" and "audit" (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.21, 3.22, 3.23, 3.24, 3.29, 3.30);

b) The terms and definitions of "quality plan" and "daily inspection" were deleted (see

3.17 of the.2010 edition);

c) Added the chapter "Principles of Equipment Supervision" (see Chapter 4);

d) The basic requirements of equipment supervision units have been changed, and human resource management and confidentiality management have been added (see 5.1, 5.3, 5.5,.2010 edition) Chapter 4);

e) Changed the resource management of equipment supervision units, and added content such as supervision service requirements and external supplier management (see Chapter 6,.2010). Chapter 5 of the edition);

f) added the chapter "Startup Process and Activities" (see Chapter 7);

g) Changed the realization of equipment supervision service, adjusted to "planning process and activities" and "supervision process and activities", and added "preparation supervision "Plan", "Preparation of Supervision Rules" and other contents (see Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 6 of the.2010 edition);

h) Changed the monitoring, measurement and evaluation of equipment supervision services, adjusted to "control management process and activities", and added "supervision agency's "Fair and Honest Management" and "Supervisors' Control and Management" (see Chapter 10, Chapter 7 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope

GB/T 26429-2022 is the Chinese national standard on specification for plant project management and supervision, in the field of services and company organization. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 15 April 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 August 2022. Classification: ICS 03.080.99, CCS A20. This document specifies the basic methods and general requirements for equipment engineering supervision services. This document applies to equipment engineering supervision services and management activities carried out by equipment supervision engineers and equipment supervision units.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 23691 and GB/T 19000 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 activity An identifiable element of work that is completed within a certain period of time and performed during the course of a project. [Source: GB/T 37507-2019, 2.1]

3.2 process A set of interrelated or interacting activities that utilize inputs to achieve a desired outcome. Note
