Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 25412-2010 "Residual plastic film recycling machine". Compared with GB/T 25412-2010, this document except for structural adjustment In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added product model (see Chapter 4);

b) Added requirements for raw materials (see 5.1.2);

c) Modified the content of operation performance (see 5.2, 4.2 of the:2010 edition);

d) Added requirements for chain drive mechanism (see 5.4.3);

e) The requirements for the idling test of the roller type residual film recovery machine are added (see 5.4.5);

f) Added requirements for safety protection (see 5.5.1);

g) revised the requirements for safety information (see 5.5.2, 4.5.1, 4.5.3, 4.5.4, 4.5.5 of the:2010 edition);

h) Modified the content of safety signs (see 5.5.3, 4.6 of the:2010 edition);

i) The determination of the qualified rate of cutting stubble height has been added (see 6.1.7);

j) Modified the classification of inspection items (see Table 3, Table 2 of the:2010 edition);

k) Modified the sampling plan (see 7.2.2, 6.2.2.1 of the:2010 edition);

l) Modified the sampling inspection plan (see Table 4, Table 3 of the:2010 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the residual film recycling machine.

This document applies to residual mulch recycling machines.

3 Terms and Definitions NY/T 1227 and the following

terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Product models

4.1 The preparation of the product model should comply with the provisions of JB/T 8574, and it is composed of three parts. classification code, feature code and main parameters.

The code and feature code and the main parameters are separated by a dash.
