Scope

GB/T 25292-2022 is the English-translated version of 船用直流电机技术条件.

GB/T 25292-2022 is the Chinese national specification for direct-current machines used on board ships. It sets out their classification and nomenclature, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on packaging, transport, storage, spare parts and warranty period.

It applies to all types of marine DC motor and marine DC generator except DC amplitude voltage machines.

Against the 2010 edition it changes the rated power and rated voltage requirements, the thermal classification and temperature rise, the radial run-out tolerance, the inter-turn impulse withstand voltage, the vibration intensity limits and the electromagnetic compatibility requirements, and it adds a ground impulse withstand voltage requirement with its test.

It cites GB/T 755, GB/T 1311, GB/T 4942 and GB/T 7060 among others. It replaces GB/T 25292-2010, was issued on 14 October 2022 and has applied since 1 May 2023.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 25292-2010 "Technical Conditions for Marine DC Motors". Compared with GB/T 25292-2010, except for structural In addition to rectification and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the content of rated power and rated voltage requirements (see 5.4.1, 5.4.2, 5.4.1, 5.4.2 of the 2010 edition);

--- Changed the content of thermal classification and temperature rise requirements (see 5.4.3, 5.7.6, 5.4.3, 5.7.5 of the 2010 edition);

---Changed the content of the radial circular runout tolerance value (see 5.4.7.3, 5.4.7.3 of the 2010 edition);

--- Changed the inter-turn impulse withstand voltage requirements (see 5.7.4, 5.7.4 of the 2010 edition);

--- Added the ground impulse withstand voltage performance requirements and test method content (see 5.7.5, 6.14);

---Deleted anti-mold performance and related test requirements (see 5.7.14 of the 2010 edition);

--- Changed the content of the vibration intensity limit requirements (see 5.7.19.2, 5.7.19.2 of the 2010 edition);

--- Changed the electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test method content (see 5.7.20, 6.16, 5.7.20, 6.16 of the 2010 edition).
