This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and other aspects for small brushless DC fans (hereinafter referred to as "fans"). Storage and other requirements. This document applies to small, non-fan-shaped fans with an outer diameter not exceeding 300mm used in electronic information, communication, and other equipment requiring heat dissipation.
