Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24311-2009 "Plywood for Combined Packaging Boxes". Compared with GB/T 24311-2009, this document The main technical changes are as follows.

---Added classification by water resistance (see Chapter 4);

---Modified the dimensional tolerance requirements (see 5.2.2, 4.2.2 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the requirements for allowable defects (see 5.3, 4.3.1 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the requirements and methods of formaldehyde emission, and replaced the dryer method with the climate chamber method (see 5.4, 6.3.6, 4.4, 2009 edition 5.3.5);

--- Increase the index and test method of immersion peeling (see 5.4 and 6.3.4);

---Modified the index and determination method of soluble heavy metal content (see 5.4 and 6.3.7, 4.6 and Appendix A of the 2009 edition);

---The inspection method of appearance quality has been added (see 6.2);

---Increase the size and quantity of test pieces for physical and chemical properties (see 6.3.1.2);

--- Modified the pretreatment conditions of the bonding strength test method (see 6.3.3, 5.3.4 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the sampling plan for size inspection (see 7.2.1, 6.2.1 of the 2009 edition);

--- Modified the sampling plan for appearance quality inspection (see 7.2.2, 6.2.2 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, Transportation and storage.

This document applies to plywood used in non-food modular packaging boxes.
