1 Scope

3 Principle

Crush the sample, weigh a certain amount of sample powder, use dry ashing method, ammonium persulfate ashing method or microwave digestion.

Carrier gas is brought into the plasma, after being desolvated, vaporized, dissociated and ionized in a high temperature and inert argon atmosphere, after being converted into positively charged ions

Enter the mass spectrometer, and separate and characterize the measured element based on the mass-to-charge ratio.The signal intensity of the mass spectrum peak is positive for the concentration of the element to be measured in the test solution
