Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 2 of GB/T 20969 "Highland Machinery with Special Environmental Conditions". GB/T 20969 has released the following part.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Guidelines for testing in plateau natural environment - Internal combustion power machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

This document replaces GB/T 20969.2-2007 "Special Environmental Conditions Plateau Machinery Part 2. Plateau Requirements for Construction Machinery Compared with GB/T 20969.2-2007, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows:

--- Changed the "Scope" chapter (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed the "normative references" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed some of the requirements (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed some clauses of the test method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed the content of the sign (see 6.1.2, 6.1.2 of the:2007 edition).

Introduction

Due to the unique high-altitude environment in my country, construction machinery must meet these special environmental conditions and improve the adaptability and protection ability of the plateau.

Necessary and very important. GB/T 20969 aims to establish the plateau suitable for internal combustion power machinery and construction machinery under special environmental conditions The requirements consist of five parts.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Guidelines for testing in plateau natural environment - Internal combustion power machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

The purpose of this document is to enhance the adaptability of construction machinery in the plateau environment, and improve the performance of construction machinery in the special plateau environment.

The work efficiency and reliability level, standardize the production, matching and use code of conduct.

This document sets plateau environmental conditions on the basis of standard environmental conditions, and specifies the corresponding technical requirements for plateau construction machinery.

The determination of the parameters of the plateau environmental conditions is based on the geographical distribution characteristics of the key construction projects in the west.

1 Scope

This document specifies the environmental conditions, requirements, test methods and standards for construction machinery used in plateau areas with an altitude of:2000m~5000m. registration, packaging, transportation and storage, etc.

This document applies to plateau construction machinery powered by internal combustion engines.

Other special machinery with internal combustion engine as supporting power can be used for reference. Electric-driven construction machinery can be used for reference.
