Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is the first part of GB/T 20969 "Highland Machinery with Special Environmental Conditions". GB/T 20969 has released the following part.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Guidelines for testing in plateau natural environment - Internal combustion power machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

This document replaces GB/T 20969.1-2007 "Special Environmental Conditions Plateau Machinery Part 1. Plateau to Internal Combustion Power Machinery Requirements", compared with GB/T 20969.1-2007, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows:

--- Deleted in the scope "other special machinery with internal combustion engine as supporting power can be used for reference" (see No. 1 of the:2007 edition chapter);

--- Changed the "normative references" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2007 edition);

--- Delete the terms and definitions of "plateau rated power" and "basic internal combustion power machinery" (see 3.4 and 3.6 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed some of the requirements (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2007 edition);

--- Changed some clauses of the test method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the:2007 edition);

--- Added "Platform Identification" and "Emission Phase" in the sign (see 6.1.2);

--- Changed the packaging, transportation and storage (see 6.2, 6.2 of the:2007 edition).

Introduction

Due to the unique high altitude environment in my country, the internal combustion power machinery must meet these special environmental conditions and improve the plateau adaptation of the internal combustion power machinery.

Sexuality and protection are very necessary and very important. GB/T 20969 aims to establish the high-altitude internal combustion engine suitable for special environmental conditions.

The requirements for mechanical and construction machinery consist of five parts.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Guidelines for testing in plateau natural environment - Internal combustion power machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

This document sets the plateau environmental conditions on the basis of the standard environmental conditions, and specifies the corresponding technology of the plateau type internal combustion power machinery Require.

The purpose of this document is to enhance the adaptability of the internal combustion power machinery in the plateau environment, and to improve the performance of the internal combustion power machinery in the plateau environment.

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, test methods, markings, packages for internal combustion power machinery used in the plateau area of:2000m~5000m above sea level packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to internal combustion power machinery for engineering, construction, hoisting, transportation, internal combustion generator sets and other mechanical supporting machinery.
