Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 4 of GB/T 20969 "Highland Machinery with Special Environmental Conditions". GB/T 20969 has released the following part.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

This document replaces GB/T 20969.4-2008 "Special Environmental Conditions Plateau Machinery Part 4. Guidelines for Testing in Plateau Natural Environment" Internal combustion power machinery", compared with GB/T 20969.4-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical content changes as follows:

--- Changed the "Scope" chapter (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2008 edition);

--- Changed the "normative references" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2008 edition);

--- Changed the temperature range of the water cooling system (see 4.1.2, 4.1.1.2 of the:2008 edition);

--- Change "Product Instruction Manual" to "Driver's Manual" (see 4.1.5, 4.1.6 and 4.2, 4.1.1.5, 4.1.1.6 and:2008 editions) 4.2);

--- Changed the test method for fuel consumption rate (see Table 5, Table 5 of the:2008 edition);

--- Changed the exhaust emission characteristic parameters and precision (see Table 7, Table 7 of the:2008 edition);

--- Changed the smoke and emission test methods (see Table 7, Table 7 of the:2008 edition).

Introduction

Due to the unique high altitude environment in my country, the internal combustion power machinery must meet these special environmental conditions and improve the plateau adaptation of the internal combustion power machinery.

Sexuality and protection are very necessary and very important. GB/T 20969 aims to establish the high-altitude internal combustion engine suitable for special environmental conditions.

The requirements for mechanical and construction machinery consist of five parts.

--- Part 1. Plateau requirements for internal combustion powered machinery;

--- Part 2. Plateau requirements for construction machinery;

--- Part 3. Specifications for selection and acceptance of plateau construction machinery;

--- Part 4. Guidelines for testing in plateau natural environment - Internal combustion power machinery;

--- Part 5. Guidelines for testing the plateau natural environment for construction machinery.

In the plateau natural environment, the test of the internal combustion power machine is quite different from that in the low altitude area.

Whether the machine can meet the plateau requirements, strictly regulate the performance test behavior of the internal combustion power machine in the plateau natural environment, and obtain accurate data and results. Fruit is very important.

The purpose of this document is to standardize the testing conditions, testing content and testing methods of internal combustion power machinery in the plateau natural environment.

It provides standardized test process and result requirements for correct inspection and evaluation of product plateau performance.

1 Scope

This document specifies the test guidelines for internal combustion powered machinery under the natural environment conditions of the plateau at an altitude of:2000m~5000m.

This document is applicable to the performance test and reliability test of the internal combustion power machinery for construction machinery in the plateau natural environment.
