Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 20864-2007 "Technical Conditions for Rice Transplanters". Compared with GB/T 20864-2007, except for structural adjustment In addition to the adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added terms (see 3.6~3.10);

b) Some technical performance indicators of the original standard have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the:2007 edition);

c) Added the performance index of straightness accuracy and the accuracy of connecting row spacing of the automatic assisted driving system of the rice transplanter (see Table 1);

d) Added the technical indicators of simultaneous deep fertilization for transplanting rice (see Table 2 and Table 3);

e) Added the operation fuel consumption index (see 4.1.5);

f) The requirements for handling performance and symbols are added (see 4.3.4);

g) Added requirements for monitoring sensors, digital instruments, and lighting (see 4.3.5);

h) Added the automatic navigation requirements for the automatic assisted driving system of the rice transplanter (see 4.3.6 and 4.3.7);

i) Added safety requirements for rice transplanters with automatic assisted driving systems (see 4.4.3 and 4.4.4);

j) Added parking safety requirements (see 4.4.7);

k) The requirements for the position and direction of the engine exhaust port have been added (see 4.4.8);

l) Added safety requirements for fertilization devices and fertilizer boxes (see 4.4.9);

m) Added the technical requirements for the gearbox (see 4.5.1);

n) Added technical requirements for the hydraulic system of the rice transplanter (see 4.5.4);

o) Added technical requirements for the electrical system of the rice transplanter (see 4.5.5);

p) Added the system requirements for automatic monitoring of transplanting performance and automatic control of planting depth (see 4.6.9);

q) The test method for simultaneous side deep fertilization has been added (see 5.1.3);

r) The test methods for the straightness accuracy and the connecting line spacing accuracy of the automatic assisted driving system are added (see 5.1.4, 5.1.5);

s) Added the classification of unqualified items (see Table 4);

t) The sampling judgment scheme has been added (see Table 5);

u) Delete the manufacturing details requirements (see 4.5.6~4.5.8 of the:2007 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rice transplanters.

This document applies to the quality evaluation of rice transplanters (hereinafter referred to as rice transplanters).
