Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting. This document replaces GB/T 25418-2010 "Rice Covering Soil Direct Seeding Machine". Compared with GB/T 25418-2010, except for structural adjustment and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);

b) Added some terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

c) Increased product model representation method (see Chapter 4);

d) The performance of connecting parts, the quality of welded parts, the quality of castings, the quality of forgings and the quality requirements of stamping parts have been added (see Section 5 chapter);

e) Increased the performance index of the coefficient of variation of seeding uniformity (see Table 1);

f) Changed the index of variation coefficient of seed quantity consistency in each row (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2010 edition);

g) Added the indicators of pure operating hour productivity, hole rate, and hole distance qualification rate of rice direct seeding machine (see Table 1);

h) Increased the main control and operational performance requirements of rice seeding unmanned aircraft (see Table 2);

i) Added the performance requirements of the seeding monitoring system, and provided the corresponding test methods (see

5.2.6 and 7.2.7);

j) Changed the use reliability (effectiveness) index of the rice direct seeding machine (see 5.3.1,

3.3.1 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope

GB/T 25418-2022 is the Chinese national standard on rice direct seeder, in the field of agriculture. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 12 October 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 12 October 2022.
