1 Foreword

JB/T 6268-2015 was issued by MIIT on 10 October 2015 and has been in force since 1 March 2016.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6268-2005.

2 Scope

JB/T 6268-2015 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard giving the noise measurement method for self-propelled harvesting machinery. It prescribes how the dynamic environmental noise of such a machine is measured and how the noise at the driver's ear is determined. The machines in its scope are self-propelled harvesting machines of every kind. It quotes GB/T 3785.1-2010 and GB/T 6236-2008. It replaces JB/T 6268-2005.
