This document specifies the functions, organization, and responsibilities for on-site emergency response in nuclear power plant accidents. This document applies to the determination of emergency response functions, organization, and responsibilities for nuclear power plant operators. Other nuclear facilities may refer to this document for implementation.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 emergency plan It describes the work objectives, policies, and response philosophy of emergency response, as well as the organizations and functions for conducting a systematic, coordinated, and effective response. Responsibility, and the approved documents.

Note. This must be implemented through specific emergency execution procedures.

3.2 For events or accidents that deviate from normal operating conditions at nuclear power plants, emergency states are classified into different categories based on their potential or actual impacts or consequences. The level.

3.3 Corrective actions Measures and actions taken at or near the incident site that leads to an emergency in order to control or mitigate the consequences of an accident.

Note. Examples include core damage mitigation and control, emergency repairs, firefighting, flooding control within the plant, and resistance to wind and earthquake disasters.
