This document specifies the basic requirements, format, and content for the preparation of on-site nuclear accident emergency plans and execution procedures at nuclear power plants. This document applies to the development of emergency response plans and execution procedures for nuclear accidents at on-site large-scale stationary nuclear power plants. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
